- Shipping cost
The shipping cost has to be paid by the customer. Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the package and the destination. En-Kimono Online only offers Express Mail Service（EMS） for all items, which are shipped via Japan Post Service.

- Tax
Possible additional taxations of an order depend on the country’s policy and En-Kimono Online can not take any responsibility. Hence, in case of tax charge in the local clearance system it has to be paid by the customer.

Note:
En-Kimono Online delivers our products to the person who ordered. You can not have your order delivered to another address. Possible additional taxations of an order depend on the country's policy and En-Kimono Online can not take any responsibility. In case of tax charge in the local clearance system it has to be paid by the customer. Hence Recipient should be a customer.
Shipping timeframe
Except for a few cases, En-Kimono Online will make the shipment within 7 workdays after the order has been made.

The delivery varies depending on the conditions of the clearance process in each country. At the moment En-Kimono Online only offers EMS for all items, which are shipped via Japan Post Service.

- Tracking service
En-Kimono Online can notify you of the tracking number after we have shipped your order. Please ask, if you would like to know the tracking number. Customers can trace the present location of your order by using the EMS's Track & Trace service. In the case your order has not arrived within 10 days it will be looked into and we will give feedback via e-mail. EMS rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Once an order and payment have been made, it is impossible to cancel the order or change the destination of delivery. And it is impossible to change the size, color, pattern and quantity of the product that you ordered.

En-Kimono Online, to the best of its knowledge, will discontinue the sale of products to countries where they can not be legally imported or sold. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that the goods you buy can be legally imported to your country. En-Kimono Online will not take responsibility for, nor refund for goods that are stopped at customs.

Color reproduction accurately reproduced varies in different computer. Even if you may think the color is slightly different when you received the products, En-Kimono Online will not take responsibility for, nor refund for products that you ordered.
